Jakarta Asset Management Board (BPAD) holds socialization about asset deletion by electronic (e-Penghapusan) to Education Dept.
There are 64 people from sub-dept who participate
Jakarta BPAD Asset Status Changes Division Head, Gigih Nugrohadi said, this socialization is held to give some understandings related e-Penghapusan mechanism for Jakarta Education Dept. officials.
"There are 64 people from sub-dept who participate," he said, at the location, Jakarta Education Dept. Office on Jl. Gatot Subroto, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, Monday (10/9).
BPAD Improves E-Asset SystemAccording to him, asset displacement must be conveyed to Jakarta Governor on December 05. This is in accordance with Governor Circular Letter (SE) No. 30/2017 about regional building asset displacement.
"This process can be accessed through bpad.jakarta.go.id/penghapusan. Today, we inform technical system to delete the asset," he explained.
He added, after e-penghapusan launched in last August, several SKPDs were enthusiastic that asset deletion process can be done electronically.
